Delivery policy:

Caribe Photo requires 48 hours to develop prints and 72 hours to edit a DVD (excluding weekends and Mexican holidays). If you depart prior to this date, your package can be sent to your home address via FedEx. Shipping is not included.

Express delivery is available for couples departing prior to their delivery date if requested in advance via email to: info@caribephoto.com (a $30 USD fee applies and must be paid in cash to the photographer).

Retouched photos included in the Paradise and Papaya packages are processed as follows:

• Upon receipt of your package please send an email to: design@caribephoto.com including your name, wedding date, resort and photographer.
• Within 5 working days you will receive a link to an online gallery with all your photos, so you can select the ones you would like to be retouched. You will have four weeks to indicate your selection.
• Retouched photos will be ready no later than 3 weeks after reception of your selection. A new link to an online gallery will be sent to you, so you can download the edited photos to your computer.
• Failure to indicate your selection as stated above will cancel your order
