Travel Health and Hygiene Protocols are changing. So are we. Introducing you to our NEW Lomas Safe Program.
A vacation should be a respite from our worries and all the rigors of the modern world. Therefore, since we take our guests` health and welfare extremely seriously, we have introduced our Lomas Safe™ initiative. Prior to recommencing all of our operations at our hotels, themed entertainment parks, our wedding planning services and transportation services, we have added a series of certified mitigation protocols to our existing exemplary standards of hygiene.
Our new Lomas Safe program covers every aspect of our resort and leisure operations to give you added peace of mind. Lomas Safe™ protocols begin the moment you start planning a vacation, to the time you return home!
) The wedding location must be cleaned and disinfected before and after each event.
) At the beginning of the events, communication of basic health prevention measures is reinforced, via microphone.
) Adequate assemblies are established to guarantee the distance of the guests.
) The total number of guests must be adapted to the new requirements, respecting the healthy distance at all times, so the maximum capacity of each location will be updated to guarantee the safe distance between people.
) A minimum space of 2.5 m2 per person is guaranteed, considered between the assembly or team of the personnel who operate the wedding and the guests.
) Maintain distance between chairs from at least one place, that is, place them separated across the length and length of the location, as well as insert them to maintain a healthy distance even while sitting.
) Guests are informed that to ensure their protection, the seating of the chairs should not be moved. The staff will check that they are not moved and that the two rear rows should not be disturbed, this due to the photography service.
) The assemblies will be carried out at least 1:30 hours before the event, to achieve a sanitation of the place before the arrival of the guests, in coordination with the supervisors and hotel staff.
) Once the weather conditions have been confirmed with the wedding couple, no changes will be made, considering that the urgency of the situation could lead to creating dangerous contact conditions due to lack of hygiene or cleanliness. (Update the disclaimers adding the new conditions for the present health situation.) The only exception to the rule is the DJ and the sound equipment.
) Backup locations must be prepared with the disinfected material, at all times prior to each celebration in case of requiring their use, in coordination with the guidelines established by the hotel.
) All the material for assembly at the ceremony should be taken to the location and the work area should be limited with yellow tape to avoid the crossing of people outside the assembly, respecting the distance between collaborators at all times.
) The microphone must be disinfected before handing it over to the minister. The minister must keep and support it if necessary at the time of the vows, questions that he asks and / or readings or songs. (Inform the wedding couple from planning and during the appointment).
) The collaborators who carry out the assembly must change their mouth covers and masks at least between 3 and 6 hours, and when they return to lift the material once the event is over.
) Guests must be received offering disinfectant gel, in coordination with the guidelines established by the Hotel.
) The assembly of food and beverages are carried out in accordance with the guidelines of prevention and hygiene in coordination with the provisions of the hotel, at all times.
